SHUNICE HILL-SULLIVAN is a Graduate of Roosevelt University, Chicago IL with a Bachelor Degree Administrative Studies, a devoted wife, mother, songstress, author, and is 2011 Black Essence Grammy Award Winner.

At the age of sixteen sang with Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church Choirs, Bowen High School Choirs, and competed in Chicago Vocational High School individual Competitions.

"Award-Winning Finalist in the Children's Non-Fiction category of the 2012 International Book Awards" Self Published Author, of a Children Christian book entitled “Son Do You Know How Truly Blessed You Are?” this book was written for my son, Charles Jr., to use as a guide through his life journey, and to benefit all the Sons of the world. By teaching our children, the realization of life lessons through bible scripture they will learn values, confidence, and know their self worth at an early age, which will help develop a positive impact for a lifetime. Shunice released her new gospel CD entitled "Breakthrough" collaborated with Robert Murphy, former Band Leader of the Staples Singers. Shunice Hill-Sullivan wrote songs entitled “Down Deep”, “Stepping Out on Faith”, “Draw Me Nearer” and many more.

Martha has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and has over 15 years of diverse experience in managed care health plan operations; senior management, strategic planning, fiscal budgeting and marketing.

Martha has spent the last nine year working within the community in an effort to help bring solutions to health care disparities and trying to help find solutions to those social service and emotional needs that prevents individuals from moving forward beyond their current state regardless of their ethnic, educational or financial circumstances.
