Shirley Sherrod To Sue Andrew Brietbart Over Video That Got Her Fired

Shirley Sherrod, the former USDA employee who was forced to resign based on a doctored video, is now suing the man who took the video.  In the two-minute, 38-second clip, Ms. Sherrod is shown saying she'd discriminate against a white farmer.  However, the full video, released a few days later, showed that she had actually saved the same man's farm.  Andrew Brietbart claims he did nothing wrong, while Ms. Sherrod contends he ruined her reputation.

Apologies started coming to her, including those from President Obama and the NAACP.

I'm not mad at her!
